If a customer would like to develop any changes or improvements to the current feature set of FastFit360, there is a Discovery Process to define the specifications. A 2-day knowledge transfer interchange between the customer & FastFit360 representatives will be scheduled. We require this discovery meeting to be face to face with designated staff that will remain the key personnel throughout the completion of the customization project. The result of this exchange becomes the backbone of a proposal for the interface design, development and review. Upon mutual understanding of needs, a more solid estimate can be provided for the development work. Customization fees are based on a daily rate per team member assigned to the project. Rates will be assigned based on the level of staff necessary for the development requirements.
